A Bit About Me

My focus over the last two decades has been leading end-to-end business transformation for Fortune 50 companies, industry leaders, and start-ups.  I specialize in leading projects where people, technology, and operations management converge to deliver cutting edge services to clients. I attribute much of my success to the employees I focus on developing by nurturing their career aspirations and partnering with them to deliver at scale.

​My approach to Business Transformation emphasizes full lifecycle Change Mangement, that's SIMPLIFIED.  I specialize in collaborating and leading leaders and cross-functional teams to identify what they need to create and deliver exceptionally.

​​The latest advances in No Code and Low Code workflow management solutions, Intelligent Process Automation, and Data Governance are enabling businesses to change and improve at lightning speed. My experience in these areas helps teams and organizations to achieve meaningful outcomes swiftly.​

For fun, I love to write and run. I have several published fictional novels and have participated in numerous triathlons and adventure races over the last fifteen years.

Entertainment Partners: Senior Director, Enterprise Excellence. Lead global business transformation for business processes with a wide and varying focus on Enterprise Change Managment and Program Management that drives strategic and tactical outcomes for key priorities.

 

​​I also partner with executive leaders and clients to facilitate workshops to uncover and evaluate sticky challenges, and partner to develop holistic solutions that we lead through implementation. 

Warner Bros, Entertainment: Manager, Process Improvement: Partnered with leadership to establish a Process Improvement capability that was launched in Corporate and its varying Divisions. Led a year-long improvement program to identify and tackle challenges across Global Corporate Accounting, Participations, and Financial Planning and Analysis, yielding $2.5 million in savings and efficiencies totaling over 5000 hours.

Consulted, advised and program managed business changes that resulted in the launch of WB Digital that evolved into HBO Max.

March 2003 - January 2014

Hewlett Packard:  Lean Six Sigma Black Belt IV - Expert

Led numerous improvement projects in support of the Navy and Marines Corps Intranet Program (NMCI), a business service and technology contract delivering the largest and most secure Intranet on the planet, which resulted in over $10million dollars in cost and efficiency savings.

 

Led the leadership training program for Six Sigma across HP's Defense Division, training over 100 leaders who delivered tens of millions of dollars in savings yearly.

I also held multiple, prominent roles across the organization, such as the Process Owner for IT Service Continuity and Capacity Management; Program Manager for US Business Continuity overseeing 73 sites and 52 data centers; Regional Manager for Industrial Security providing risk, threat, and crisis management, and overseeing the secure operations of classified facilities under HP's purview across the Navy and Marine Corps.
